On October 24th, the world-renowned engineering machinery industry event Bauma2022 kicked off at the Munich Exhibition Center. Santroll, along with 27 products from three major categories, made its debut. Santroll made a close conversation with international distributors and potential customers, and has built a solid foundation for establishing strategic partnerships and deepening the internationalization process.
Santroll has been in the construction machinery industry for more than ten years and developed five low-voltage series including L/S/M/N/D and two high-voltage series. They are suitable for different power levels and models. Low voltage products can be compatible with asynchronous motors and permanent magnet motors. The voltage range cover 24V-600V full voltage platform. The products cover electric forklifts, lift platform, loader and excavator, etc.
At the same time, for unmanned vehicles and container transport vehicles in Smart port, hybrid power and pure electric drive motors, controllers and steering drive systems for unmanned driving with low energy consumption, low noise and low maintenance costs are introduced, providing explosion-proof motors and controllers for unmanned mining vehicles and explosion-proof vehicles.
China International Motorcycle Trade Exhibition
On November 2nd, the 20th China International Motorcycle Trade Exhibition opened at the Chongqing International Expo Center, bringing together motorcycle and electric vehicle industry leading technology complete vehicle and component enterprises from more than 10 countries, including China, the United States, Italy, Germany, and Japan to participate in the exhibition.
CIMA Motor is an important platform for launching new products and technologies, and also a place for promoting motorcycle technology towards electrification, intelligence, and high-end communication. On November 8th, the 79th Milan EICMA Motor Expo, which attracted worldwide attention, was grandly opened in the World Design Capital of Milan. The influential Milan EICMA Motor Expo has been leading the latest development trend of the global bicycle industry and is the vane of industry development. Santroll, as a leading enterprise in the domestic electric drive industry, relying on mature electric control technology and high-quality electric solutions for two wheeled vehicles, has become the focus of attention for many overseas customers at this exhibition.
The 14th China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition was opened in Zhuhai on November 8th. At this exhibition, the 4th and 5th business divisions of Santroll unveiled more than 50 products, including flat wire motors, micro special motors, heuristic motors, high-speed motors, hub motors, electric power steering systems (EPS), SiC motor drivers, etc. Among them, flat wire motors and high-speed motors have attracted widespread attention as core products.
Compared to conventional round wires, flat wire motors have improved performance. The effective contact area of the stator increases, resulting in better heat dissipation and conduction. The size of the motor decreases, thus the material consumption decreases by 10%, and the cost-effectiveness is higher. These advantages have gradually become the development direction of the electric drive market. And motor products with high speed, high efficiency, and high cost-effectiveness have become the focus of major enterprises.
